PQube Games has specialised in delivering select Japanese games to western audiences, and always complied with age restrictions to follow all the rules in the respective markets, which includes Omega Labyrinth Z that was supposed to be released this year in the west for Playstation 4 and PS Vita (having already released in Japan for those two formats).

However, it turns out that, for unspecified reasons (although the sexual content can be suspected), Sony has now asked PQube not to release the game, and on the latter's homepage we can read the following statement:

"PQube strives to release Japanese content for its fans as close to the source material as possible. In the case of Omega Labyrinth Z, while PQube has worked with all relevant age rating bodies in their respective territories, PQube must respectfully comply with the wishes of the platform holder and have therefore withdrawn any future plans for Omega Labyrinth Z's European and North American release on PS4 and PS Vita."

What do you think of this decision to cancel the game?
