Red Thread Games' Dreamfall Chapters Kickstarter campaign finished today getting a total of $1,538,425 from 21,858 backers. The campaign was off to a quick start reaching the $850,000 target in just over one week, then it sort of stalled for a bit, but with a decent sprint in the last few days it climbed over $1.5 million achieving the "Director's Cut" stretch goal (added commentary track and new content).
