Microsoft has already teased that this year's E3 conference will be the biggest ever and, if what they've already promised is reliable, players can expect some really important announcements. There are even some rumours claiming that the Redmond-based company may make some reveals about their popular shooter/sci-fi series Halo, which has been absent from the Xbox One platform for some time.

An insider called Brad Sams reported on Twitter that during their E3 Showcase - scheduled for June 10 at 21:00 BST - Microsoft and 343 Industries could announce Halo Infinity for Xbox One and maybe PC. Moreover, according to the same source, Halo Infinity could be an experience focused exclusively on multiplayer. "I have actually heard that the MP/SP are different 'games'...this may be MP only," as Sams reported in response to a Twitter user.

At the moment we don't know if these rumours are true, but we won't have to wait too long before we find out, since the Microsoft conference is set for this Sunday. Would you like them to be true though?

Thanks, Screen Rant.
