Nintendo of Japan recently unveiled a new pack for the Switch that was noteworthy due to the absence of a dock in the box, the idea being that the console was for families needing a second Switch, or for those who only want to use the console as a mobile device.
But what about players based in Europe and North America? Will we also be offered the chance to pick up this dockless alternative? This is a question that our friends over at USGamer asked the Japanese company. The answer that they got back was as short as it is definitive: "No".
That's that then. For now, at least.
