Has some Forza Horizon 4 concept ark been leaked?

That's what new reports seem to suggest.

Concept art can tell us so much about the game, and it seems like some of said art may have been leaked for a potential Forza Horizon 4, as reported and shared by GamingBolt, with the images themselves allegedly coming from Leading Light Design, a company known for their concept artworks.

You can see the images below, which emerged on Reddit, and there's definitely a unifying Asian style to these images, reminiscent of something like Hong Kong, what with the bright lights and fireworks. Take it with a pinch of salt though, because it's by no means confirmed.
