Almost all the top executives from the Xbox team has said that they have increased the efforts to secure more first-party titles - or exclusive games in general - for the Xbox One. It has also been rumored several times during the last year that Microsoft is spending money to get exclusive games and maybe pick up a developer or two. So far, we haven't seen any results (as these things usually take time), but Microsoft seems ready to spend huge resources on this.

A user from Resetera has now found signs of things to come, as Microsoft is trying to create a new team of skilled entrepreneurs and developers who will help to start up and build new first-party studios.

This team will be based in Santa Monica (a city in Los Angeles County), and they are now looking for several employees for different positions. The initiative is similar to Sonys XDev concept, where the study is intended to provide guidance and support for studios who are making exclusive Xbox One content.
