If you were an early adopter of the Nintendo Switch, you have maybe endured some connectivity problems with the Joy-Cons (more specifically, the left one). It was an issue that was later fixed by Nintendo, however some players still, to this day, experience disconnections.
With that in mind, Nintendo has filed applications with the FCC for some new hardware, with tests and photos in support. If the latter shows that the product in question (which is indeed the left Joy-Con) doesn't present any changes in terms of its visual design, printed circuit images suggest a change in the internal hardware and, in particular, to the signal emitted.
So, will these new models be introduced to market in order to gradually phase out the old models, or will Nintendo show them off a bit first?
Have your Joy-Cons ever let you down in the middle of a game?
