Via a new teaser about Microsoft's lineup for this year's E3, the company took the opportunity to reveal that the popularity of its console is growing. The company says that Xbox Live users are up 13 percent and Xbox One sales are up 15 percent over the same period last year.
A growing success that could be explained by the arrival of the Xbox One X, generating a renewed interest in the platform, but to be honest the period that is used for comparison was not very strong. Sea of Thieves also performed really well at launch and could be a contributor to the positive development.
Remains to be seen if Microsoft can build something on this momentum and what they have in store for us at E3 this year, it's going to be of vital importance for Microsoft that they show some key titles moving forward as the exclusive slate for the console is looking awfully barren moving forward.
