Fingers crossed for big things at E3.

In a financial meeting to discuss the results of the last quarter of fiscal year 2017, new Nintendo President Shuntaro Furukawa, who will officially come into office this June, has made interesting references to future products developed by third-party studios. He starts with Bethesda, which has worked closely with the Japanese company in the form of Switch versions of Doom, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, and with the upcoming release of Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus.

"When these publishers release their titles for Switch, their sales grow," he told investors. The company also mentions that "these publishers are preparing new ideas for consumers who purchased Nintendo Switch so they could enjoy these types of titles"

In short, we should expect interesting news from third-party studios in the near future regarding Nintendo's hybrid console, and we will probably know more about it on June 12, when the company will hold its presentation during E3 week.

Thanks, MyNintendoNews.
