David Cage's studio Quantic Dream was on the receiving end of allegations that the place was a toxic work environment earlier this year but now, as reported by Kotaku, the studio has launched a lawsuit against French newspaper Le Monde as well as website Mediapart for the reports containing the accusations.

Both Cage himself and the media outlets have allegedly confirmed this fact to Kotaku, with Cage apparently saying directly: "We're suing their journalists." Le Monde journalist William Audureau also confirmed that they were dealing with the lawsuit, but Canard PC - another outlet - allegedly claims they aren't getting sued.

As a reminder, these three - Le Monde, Mediapart, and Canard PC - reported the story together apparently with the help of former employees of Quantic Dream, who has since denied the accusations and threatened legal action in the past.

What do you make of this whole situation?
