One of the last assets that was part of the THQ bankruptcy has found a home. The WWE license now belongs to Take-Two and development will continue at Yuke's in Japan.

WWE and Yuke's prevented the license from going on auction along with other assets earlier this year as they had major claims on THQ - now they agreed to lower their demands (WWE getting $650,000 with Yuke's getting $4.5 million in shares back from THQ and $250,000 in royalty) from pre-bankruptcy claims of as much as $60 million (future royalties, etc). The new agreement nullified the previous contract, thus allowing WWE and Yuke's to sign with Take-Two.

It is also being reported that a number of THQ employees who used to work on the franchise will get new jobs at Take-Two.
