After the massive success that was Crash Bandicoot: Nsane Trilogy rumours have been buzzing about a similar treatment of the early Spyro titles, particularly after Activision confirmed more remasters/remakes are on their way. For the time being no official word exists from Activision (or Sony who may or may not be involved), but it has now been revealed by a ResetEra user that a Twitter account dedicated to Spyro has been set up, suggesting that something is under development.

According to this user, called Wrestleman, who conducted an investigation with a couple of friends: "One of them sent me the Spyro account called "Falcon McBob" and that triggered my memory that Acti has a SAG-signed project called "FALCON". Someone else did the "reset password" trick and it's obviously an Activision account." In a nutshell, they prove the existence of a @SpyroTheDragon account, which currently seems protected.

Wrestleman brings as proof of his investigations the images you can see below. It's clear that there is no confirmation, but this new information could be further proof that Activision is intent on bringing Spyro back to life.
