While loot boxes are being scrutinized and potentially considered gambling in a number of countries, it pales in comparison to the "skin gambling" in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, and the prices for some of the rarest of these skins have now reached epic proportions.

As noted by PCGamer, recently a so-called "Dragon Lore" skin was sold for more than $61.000. Apparently, the skin ranks amongst the rarest in the world, and it's made even rarer by bearing the autograph of Tyler "Skadoodle" Latham, who was the MVP of the ELEAGUE Boston Major 2018.

The skin was originally purchased by a collector for $35.000, meaning that the skin has almost doubled its value in a short period of time.
