World in Conflict: Soviet Assault set for March

Massive Entertainment and new owner Ubisoft have announced their plans for World in Conflict: Soviet Assault, the long awaited expansion of Massive's World in Conflict (2007). The expansion will be released in March as a digital download and at the same time World in Conflict: Complete Edition, including the original game, the expansion as well as other goodies will be available in stores.

All of this relates to the PC version, but what about the console editions? While nothing was said in the press release, a couple of the screens included were apparently from the console version that was developed in co-operation with Swordfish Studios.

Update: According to Ubisoft the console screens were sent out as a mistake. No information of the console version is available, and it remains to be seen if it's still alive.
