The last couple of months we have heard multiple rumours about the development of Devil May Cry V, and now Hideaki Itsuno, the director of the action franchise, has taken to Twitter to apologise for not announcing his next game in 2017.
"I am sorry that I can not present a new project last year. The development of the project is now under climax. I am making a great game so please expect it," he said.
We don't know exactly what 'under climax' means, but it looks like we can expect an announcement of this new game soon, which could of course also be something other than the rumoured Devil May Cry game. Would you like it to be another game in the series though?
