The reboot of the red half-demon slash agent Hellboy has been in the works for quite some time now, but there hasn't been much from the hornless fellow over the last couple of months. That just changed. Both Summit Entertainment and Lionsgate confirmed the official cinema release to The Hollywood Reporter as January 11, 2019.
Director Neil Marshall is starring Stranger Things star David Harbour in the role of Hellboy, along with famous actors like Milla Jovovich, Daniel Dae Kim and Ian McShane. The film's script is written by original Hellboy author Mike Mignola with the help of Christopher Golden and Andrew Cosby.
