VR, or virtual reality, really isn't anything new. The tech has been there for decades but more recently it's been taking huge steps forward. Today, you can get a headset fairly cheaply, but despite the advances, some people can still get really ill from it.
Paramount Pictures is one of the companies working in this area and they have decided to turn our homes into virtual cinemas. Basically, you're at home, but see yourself at a cinema including other visitors (hopefully keeping their mouths shut and no crackling of popcorn or rustling sweet wrappers).
Do you think this is a good way to view movies in the future, or do you prefer the real deal?
