The seventh edition of the Paris Games Week show closed its doors yesterday, and the event set in the French capital continues to grow year after year. Failing to offer real exclusives, the show offered the latest and most-anticipated games, among which Call of Duty: WWII was probably one of the most popular. One of the distinguished guests on the COD stand was no other than Javier Pastore, and it turns out the Argentinean footballer from Paris Saint-Germain is a big fan of the military franchise.

"I was able to play it a bit when I arrived. The game is pretty, very realistic compared to the futuristic universe of Infinite Warfare. At PSG, my teammates and I did not much appreciate in general," he told us. "I much prefer this historical setting."

"I like team spirit online, as a team sport, it's very tactical," he continued. "That's what I'm going to start with and what interests me. It's the same for all those who love the series I think, like Thiago Silva, Thiago Motta, Marquinhos, (Alphonse) Areola for those who are still in the team, or (Blaise) Matuidi and (Salvatore) Sirigu when they were at the club. Solo mode is nice one or two days, but the important thing, the heart of the game is the online mode."

When asked what his favourite episode was, Pastore didn't hesitate when he responded: "It's the first Black Ops. But maybe this one will be as good. I play a little since I had my daughter but I spent a lot of time on all the Call of [Duty]s. If I'm the best at PSG? Yes I think (laughs)..."

Do you think he's the best player at PSG (in terms of Call of Duty)?
