Arc System Works America was born just a few days ago, as the Japanese developer and editor opened a new Western division with the goal being that they would control communication and PR over their products. Operations from California will go even further than that, however, as they just named themselves publisher of the upcoming project, BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle.
The 2D fighting game mixing characters from four different universes -BlazBlue, Persona 4 Arena, Under Night In-Birth, and the animated series RWBY - will be the first release of the new branch of the company, and ASW America will be in charge of localisation, distribution, communication and customer support for the US, Canada, and Mexico.
Arc System Works also introduced Kido Oka as the CEO of the American brand, so they're keeping themselves busy.
