Two Bohemia Interactive developers, arrested and detained last year for allegedly spying on military installations in Greece, have been released on bail.

It was revealed yesterday that the pair, Ivan Butcha and Martin Pezlar, have been released from custody and are free to return to the Czech Republic after intervention from their country's PM, Petr Nečas.

Discussions between the Czech leader and Greece's Prime Minister, Antonis Samaras, were enough to secure the developers' release. The Arma III devs spent four months in prison (without charge) after being accused of espionage (taking photographs of Greek military installations). If convicted the pair would have faced up to twenty years behind bars.
