It's been at least several days since we heard something new about the rumoured Playstation Phone, but today Pocket-lint takes out of that rut - according to "sources close to the matter", the Playstation Phone will debut at the Mobile World Congress in February 2011 and should hit the market in April. As previously reported, the design is inspired by PSP Go and it will run on Android.
