An issue affecting some PS4 users as of update 5.00, with error code E-801809A8, that prevents installation of the latest firmware is apparently being solved with an update en route within a week. The issue that is to do with a faulty Blu-Ray drive and as a result the affected players can't connect to PSN. A service rep quoted by PSU, as saying the fix is "less than one week" away.
While this error only seems to hit a chosen few users, it sure is annoying for those affected, so let's hope the fix arrives before the weekend.
