Blizzard has always said that many of the seasonal events Overwatch fans enjoyed last year would return this year, and now we know that this includes Halloween.
The studio has released a very short teaser on the game's Twitter account that reveals that this year's Halloween Terror will start on October 10.
It also shows that McCree and Reaper will get new Halloween-themed skins, and they're obviously not going to be the only ones. Last year, we got to challenge ourselves in a PvE horde mode called Junkenstein's Revenge during the Halloween event, and the fact that Junkrat's skin is the logo for this year's event makes us fairly certain that the mode, or a version of it, will make its return as well.
Maybe there's a hint in the poem that follows the teaser?:
The nights grow cold
And monsters appear
A great evil gathers
And Halloween draws near...
How hyped are you for Halloween Terror 2017?
