During the Nintendo Direct held last night, the Japanese company has made several important announcements not only for its first-party games, but also for third-party games. Among them, one of the most important and unexpected announcements is the launch of the new Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus on Nintendo Switch. The sequel of Wolfenstein: The New Order drops on other platforms (PC, PS4, and Xbox One) October 27. A release date for the Switch version has not yet been announced, but the game is expected next year.

In addition to announcing the launch date of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, scheduled for this November, the publisher also announced that Doom will arrive on Nintendo's hybrid console this winter.
