During the Nintendo Direct held last night, the Japanese company has made several important announcements not only for its first-party games, but also for third-party games. Among them, one of the most important and unexpected announcements is the launch of the new Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus on Nintendo Switch. The sequel of Wolfenstein: The New Order drops on other platforms (PC, PS4, and Xbox One) October 27. A release date for the Switch version has not yet been announced, but the game is expected next year.

Bethesda was busy during last night's Nintendo Direct. In addition to announcing the launch date of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, scheduled for this November, the publisher also announced that Doom will arrive on Nintendo's hybrid console this winter. At the moment we have no further details, but surely Bethesda will provide us with new information about these two versions in the near future.
