Bungie has announced that the game passed more than 1.2 million concurrent players across the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One yesterday. This is incredible in so many ways. It's a clear indication of the fact that the game has sold very well, and that Activision and Bungie have done an impressive job with their servers. Seriously, there are very few games that would launch this smoothly with so many concurrent players.
