Lawbreakers launched to some fairly good reviews last month, but hasn't had the best of times in terms of player count on Steam. The game rarely tops a thousand concurrent players on the service, so many have speculated about the game's future, which Cliff Bleszinski and the rest of Boss Key Productions have now shed some light on.

They've announced it'll get significantly more content the coming months, and their roadmap includes two new maps called Gateway and Namsan, a new class, a new ranked mode called Boss Leagues, Skirmishes, and more. This is on top of the regular updates, stash-drop items, and iterative features, so Bleszinski wasn't kidding when he said this game wouldn't be a sprint but a marathon.

Do you think the game can bounce back? If so, how?
