Borderlands 3 is a game that we've heard speculation on for ages, and now Gearbox Software's CEO Randy Pitchford has added more fuel to the flames during the Inside Gearbox Software panel at PAX West, as reported by DualShockers, teasing that the game has a lot of time being dedicated to it.
He said that the studio has around 300 people in Texas and around 70 in Québec City, and that at least 90% of the capability for the studio is "working on the thing I think most of you guys want us to be working on." Confusingly, he also reinforced that Gearbox Software is a publisher, and that "a product does not exist until it's announced."
