PUBG has just managed to bring together 877,844 concurrent players, which means that it has beaten Counter-Strike: Global Offensive's record of 850,485. That makes it the second-highest number of concurrent players count on Steam ever, just beaten by Dota 2.
It'll need to grow a lot more to catch up to Valve's flagship, but we're actually starting to believe that it might happen. One of the reasons for this is at PUBG also managed to have the most concurrent players today, as DOTA 2 "only" had 842,919. Considering how much PUBG's player-count has increased these last few weeks, we're starting to think everything is possible?
Do you think it has a chance to beat Dota 2's record? If so, how long do you think it'll take?
