At a recent financial meeting held by GameStop, Paul Raines, Tony Bartel, and Robert Lloyd had a chance to discuss the performance of the Nintendo Switch, and the three executives in fact said that the console has become the most successful Nintendo platform in the store's history (via DualShockers).
Raines said the console allowed Nintendo to see a 14.8% increase in hardware sales, year by year. According to GameStop, the high demand of Nintendo Switch also confirmed once again the great interest of the players towards the company, which is good news for the industry in general.
Lloyd also said that consumer demand continues to be very high with Nintendo Switch, not to mention the great pre-order success of the Super Nintendo Classic Mini, which is scheduled for September 29. Which console would you rather have though?
