Michael "Shagg" Washington, of Cypress Hill fame, wants $250 million from Rockstar Games, according to IGN. Shagg claims to be the inspiration for Carl "CJ" Johnson, the main character in the classic Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas - he says that Rockstar interviewed him about gang life and criminality as part of their research for the game.

According to Shagg, Rockstar had promised him that they would inform him if they used him in any way for the game. Now, six years later, he says that he's seen the game for the first time and realized how similar CJ is to himself. Take-Two, who published the game, will fight the charges.
