We've known since earlier this year that Conan Exiles doesn't shy away from male nudity, and while we were also aware there wouldn't be a slider to adjust your manhood on the Xbox One version of the game, we now know that in fact the phalluses will be gone in the American version of the game on Xbox One.
This is because of America's ESRB rating being M for Mature in America, with only partial nudity allowed, as explained by community manager Jens Erik in a livestream. "The reason for this is if we included full nudity in Conan Exiles, this would have resulted in a more restrictive ESRB rating in North America which then might have prevented a broad release of the game," he explained.
So it seems if you want to see the jiggling goodness of your character's junk, then, you'll have to come to Europe where PEGI ratings allow such things. Regardless, Conan Exiles is hitting Xbox One's Preview program tomorrow, but will you be getting it on the console?
