According to Dutch newspaper Het Parool (via PCGamer), former Dutch footballer Edgar Davids has won a lawsuit against League of Legends creators Riot Games in an Amsterdam court. The lawsuit basically centered around Riot using Davids' likeness for the Striker Lucian skin released in 2014.
The judge ruled that Riot Games must reveal how much revenue that skin has earned them and the damages will then be calculated based on that. Given the popularity of League of Legends and the fact that this skin is fairly popular itself this could be a rather substantial amount.
