Last month we reported that Game Freak is making a core Pokémon RPG for the Switch, and now a recent earnings release has given us some clue on when we can expect the game.
As pointed out by user Not75Drops on NeoGAF, in the earnings report a load of release dates for games are given, and next to the Pokémon RPG is "2018 or later," which is better than a TBA like with Metroid Prime 4.
In terms of the game itself, we don't have any solid details apart from this and the fact it exists, but no doubt it's hyping a lot of fans up, and may even draw a lot of people into buying a Switch just for this. Are you disappointed by this release window, or is it what you expected?
