Over at Behance a delightful crossover between some of the major hits of The Smiths and video game icons of the late 80's and early 90's have been put together by a character calling himself Butcher Billy. Below is an example of his work with Sonic the Hedgehog crossing over with The Boy with the Thorn in his Side.
Other iconic video games to get the Smiths treatment are Super Mario Bros., Ghosts'n Goblins, Mega Man, Ninja Gaiden and Duck Hunt.
