Sir Paul McCartney's song made specifically for the original Destiny, entitled "Hope for the Future", has become a running gag between Destiny players, and therefore it was quite the surprise to hear it in place as an easter egg in the now-active Destiny 2 beta on PlayStation 4.
The song was playable from the lounge part of the Tower, and in the beta for sequel, you move through a dilapidated and war-torn version of the same space. Once you move close to certain door, one that would've led to the lounge, a broken, slower version of the song can be heard.
