The War Z, the zombie survival MMO from Hammerpoint Games, has gone into beta, a move that has seen several things added, as well as several things taken away (via a worldwide inventory wipe that is sure to please some people, and infuriate others).
Whilst survivor's hard earned loot has been reset, there's plenty of new stuff in there too. The rest of the Colorado map has been added, as well as new items to the store. There's now support for Clans, and a selection of new playable characters to choose from. New pre-purchase editions of the game are also available (head here for more details).
