Shopping for hours and hours is exhausting for some people, and if traditional stereotypes are to be believed, most of those "some people" are males. That's why a huge mall in Shanghai has come up with a solution, according to the BBC, being gaming pods where shopping wives can leave their husbands.

The pods are filled with classic games from the '90s like Tekken where the guys can sit while the shopping gets finished. This has led to a lot of amusement in Chinese social media and some are positive, while others are negative and thinks it removes the point of taking your husband out shopping.

Do you think this might be a good idea that would work in Europe as well, or is it just silly?
