The first dev kits for the upcoming Android-based console Ouya are to be shipped out starting December 28. Some developers will therefore get their hands on the dev kits before the end of the year, while others will have to wait until January. Whether or not that is enough time to have a sizeable line up for the April launch remains to be seen.
