PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds' pan is the true MVP

More powerful than you'd ever expect from a cooking utensil.

PUBG's pan is actually capable of doing much more than simply knocking out other players. If you follow the development of the game, you'll be aware that after the last update a streamer realised that the pan could block the bullets shot at the height of your buttocks, if you had the pan holstered.

Brendan Greene, the creator of the game, said it was not a bug and that it had been done intentionally. Now, players who come across a frying pan at the start of a game consider themselves much more fortuitous than before. After all, you never know when the pan could literally save your butt.

It's recently been discovered that it's actually far more powerful than we imagined. A YouTuber by the name of Doom49 released a video demonstrating that this innocuous utensil could in fact protect from nearly 50 players shooting at you at the same time. Now it is completely integrated into the game and becomes a full-fledged protection for players who reach the late-game. The area it covers is realistic (in the sense that it does not cover all your back), we're just hoping some skins will come out to show off the pans in all their frying glory.

In the meantime, debate is still raging between those who think it is a saucepan, and those who see it as a frying pan. What do you think?

Thanks, vg247.
