Nintendo are rolling out a promotional offer during the next few weeks that will be of interest to gamers based in the UK thinking of picking up a new 3DS XL.
Anyone who buys and registers a new XL version of the handheld by January 15 will be entitled to download one of the following games for free: Super Mario 3D Land, Freakyforms Deluxe Your Creations, Alive!, New Art Academy: Learn New Painting Techniques and Share Your Art, Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask & Nintendo presents: New Style Boutique.
Once registered, a game is chosen and a download code is sent out, which must be redeemed between January 1 and January 31 on Nintendo's eShop.
