Call of Duty: Black Ops is a storming success, but everyone is not happy. The game takes place during the cold war, and Cuba is one of the places you visit early on in the campaign. This has provoked a reaction from Cubadebate, one of the government controlled media in Cuba. If you're worried about minor spoilers, stop reading now:
"This new video game is doubly perverse. On the one hand, it glorifies the illegal assassination attempts the United States government planned against the Cuban leader... And on the other, it stimulates sociopathic attitudes in North American children and adolescents."
At the start of the game the player is tasked with a mission to assassinate Fidel Castro in Cuba - the leader who is said to have been through 600 attempted assassinations.
"What the United States couldn't accomplish in more than 50 years, they are now trying to do virtually," Cubadebate writes giving away the fact that the clearly haven't played the game.
