We know that Sledgehammer Games are involved in making the next Call of Duty-game, but exactly what kind of concept it will deal with is not yet known. Gamasutra have managed to get their hands on some rumours, though, and while the news that it's another first person shooter aren't that surprising, perhaps the mention of space marines will catch you a bit off guard.
The game, it is said, will take place hundreds of years in the future - compared to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 that takes place only a few years from now. If it's true, it might give the series some new freshness, but at the same time we're not really sure it would actually be fit to be called "Call of Duty" anymore.
