Konami have told Kotaku. that Metal Gear Solid: Rising, announced back at E3 2009, won't make it out next year. Instead the publisher is targeting a 2012 release for the next big Metal Gear Solid title.
Disappointing news for fans of the series, but then again Hideo Kojima and his team aren't ones who like to release something unfinished...
