Strike Suit Zero gets date

Kickstarter funded game next year.

Strike Suit Zero, a game with a recently funded Kickstarter campaign, has been given a release date of January 24, 2012.

The crowd-funded campaign was a little different than most, with the studio Born Ready Games only needing money to push them over the finish line, not fund the whole project.

The initial release is for the PC version of the game, with console versions likely to appear later in the year.

James Brooksby, CEO of Born Ready Games, said: "We are truly grateful for all the support we've received and above all else want to thank the community. Their support has meant we're now able to make the game we'd always envisioned, and we can't wait for our fans to get their hands on the game."
