With Xbox One X announced, we now have everything we need to know about the console and how it compares to Playstation 4 Pro. Although, that isn't a comparison we should care about according to the Xbox head honcho Phil Spencer. In a recent interview, he says it's more of a competitor to Xbox One S:
"I look at [PS4] Pro as more of a competitor to [Xbox One] S than I do to Xbox One X. This is a true 4K console. If you just look at the specs of what this box is, it's in a different league than any other console that's out there."
Spencer also addressed the fact that many people think Microsoft is lacking in first-party content, something he admits and says they are working on:
"I do think we have an opportunity to get better in first-party and to grow. We've got great support from the company to go do that."
He ends by revealing that there are "things we haven't announced", that are too early to show yet. Hopefully, something has been saved for Gamescom in August.
