Grand Theft Auto: Vice City has been temporarily removed from Steam and other download services by Rockstar. On the Steam forums Rockstar explained it as follows:
"Due to some music licensing issues, we've had to temporarily remove Vice City PC from digital stores. We'll make it available again as soon as possible."
According to Cinema Blend the track in question is Michael Jackson's "Wanna be Startin' Something" - and it remains to be seen whether it can be sorted or if the song is removed from the game.
