Nintendo focused on improved version of previously released Pokémon games during today's Direct Stream, but also revealed a classic that will just make it's way to a new platform.
They've announced that Pokémon Gold/Silver is heading to the 3DS Virtual Consoles on September 22, the same day as Pokkén Tournament DX launches on Nintendo Switch.
The new versions will support the Time Capsule function, Link Trades and Link Battles between the two versions, and the Pokémon Bank, so there's no better time to catch them all.
