It shouldn't come as a big surprise to anyone to see Lionhead Studios' Fable III climb to the top of the charts in the UK. Fable III outsold Fable II by a mere 6,000 copies on launch week, making it the 13th best selling Xbox 360 title on launch in the UK, and the 4th best of 2010. Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II, almost universally panned by critics had a slower start, but still managed to place in the top five. The Sims 3 shot up the charts thanks to the release of the console versions last week.
