Reports have been coming in that Xbox One owners are having trouble installing games on their console, and the Xbox Support Twitter page has responded to these reports, saying that they're aware of what's going on.
"We're aware that some users are currently unable to install games on Xbox One and we appreciate your patience while our teams investigate," the post reads.
As of three hours ago the Twitter page said that they were closing on Twitter for six hours, but that they're working hard to fix issues with downloads. Have you been having these issues?
