Crate Entertainment has announced that their action RPG Grim Dawn has sold over one million copies, with an extra 200,000 copies of the Crucible DLC also being sold on top of that, and to celebrate the occasion they are cutting the price of Grim Dawn by 50% on both the game's website and the Humble Store.

The game was only released last year following a Kickstarter back in 2012, facing many struggles over the first three years of development, but the press release says it was the support of the backers on Kickstarter and early access that "gave us a real shot at making the dream a reality."

Are you surprised it's sold as well as it has?
